What you get
Enquiries from travellers who found you through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Perplexity, sent straight to you, each one saying where it came from. Everything below is how we get there, and how we prove it.
The eight steps
Who you are, in one page. One clear page that says what your place is, where it is, and who it’s for. AI needs one clear answer to name you.
The same facts everywhere. Your name, address, phone, rates and policies match on your website, Google, TripAdvisor and the booking sites you’re on. Mismatched facts are a common reason AI skips a place, and so is information AI can’t read clearly. We fix both.
Your rooms and packages, written so machines can read them. Each one with price range, season, what’s included and the child policy.
15 to 25 answer pages. Short pages, each answering one question your guests actually ask. This is the biggest lever.
Other sites that agree with you. We get you onto the two or three sites the assistants already trust for your area.
A direct way to enquire. A clear “request a quote” route with your rates, so guests don’t need a booking site.
Knowing where enquiries come from. An enquiry form that asks “how did you find us?”, and your site registered with Google and Bing.
Measured every month. Your own questions, asked again every month, with the result in your inbox.
Who does what
We do: the writing, the checking, the setup and the monthly measuring. You review; we do the work.
You do: about 15 minutes to start (upload your rate sheet, paste a few links), then 15 to 20 minutes a week later to tick your facts on your phone, approve the pages, and add one link to your website menu. After that, only when something changes.
Where it lives
On your own website first: WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or a site your agency looks after. Plus a verified page with us that says the same thing. Two sources that agree are stronger than one.

R2,990 a month. Card. 30 days’ notice. No contract.
Or R12,000 once, then R1,990 a month. Cheaper over a year if you prefer to pay up front.

What we don’t do
- Promise bookings or a place in an AI’s answer. Nobody can.
- Take bookings or payments, or charge per enquiry.
- Sell placement. Nobody pays to appear on the Index.
- Sit in front of your website or change how it runs.
- Rebuild websites. If you need a new site, we’ll refer you to an agency.
What you see, and when
In the first 60 days: your facts fixed, your answer pages live, and your enquiry form working. Every month after that: your score on your own questions, the enquiries that came from AI, and what we fixed.
AI is a new and growing way travellers find places to stay. We price against the commission you save, not the traffic.
If you leave
Your pages stay up for 90 days, then come down. You get all your pages as files. Your record is marked unverified with the date.
